Environment And Reliability Test (Laboratory Validation)

Water-proof test:

Perform IPX4 waterproof rating standard, put the poles in the car, dripping for 10 minutes, flushing for many times.

Salt spray test:

Place the poles in 5% Macl solution of salt spray for 256 hours, wash the solution with flowing water, rinse with distilled water, put after 1-2 hours, whether the pole is rusty or not.

High temperature test:

Verify if the product function is normal before tests. Storage temperature +90℃, humidity 30%-90%, place the poles in the test chamber for 8 hours, the test is completed, poles can be normal flexible. Verify if the product function is normal before tests. The pole is powered up normally, operating temperature +90℃, humidity 40%-90%, put the poles in the test chamber for 8 hours, poles can be normal flexible, functional normal.

Low temperature test:

Verify if the product function is normal before tests. The pole is powered up normally, put the poles in -40℃ test chamber for 8 hours, poles can be normal flexible, functional normal.

High and low temperature cycle test:

Verify if the product function is normal before tests. The pole is powered up normally, put the poles in -30℃ test chamber for 12 hours, temperature from -30℃ up to +85℃, the temperature time becomes half an hour, continue put for 12 hours after temperature up to +85℃; after 12 hours, temperature from +85℃ decline to -30℃, the temperature time becomes half an hour, this is one cycle, cycle 10 times. A total of 240 hours, poles can be normal flexible, functional normal.
